BBBS + Girls Granting
The 2020 Girls Granting Initiative chose to fund the Big Brothers Big Sisters new teen girls mentorship program with a protion of the $10,000 grant. Hear directly from the program director as she shares more about the mission and meaning behind this new mentorship initiative.
Christine Ann Center
Recently the GEMS giving circle through the Women's Fund gifted the Christine Ann Center a new TV and streaming services (Disney+ & YouTube TV) for the common area in the shelter. Seemingly simple conveniences like these may easily be taken for granted, but they are big things for children and families seeking a safe place to shelter.
Oshkosh Food Pantry
Recently the Women's Fund caught up with the Oshkosh Community Pantry to see how they are serving the community in this challenging time. We were also following up on a generous donation for diapers and formula made to the pantry from the Nelson Family Fund.
