Keynote Speaker

2016 Keynote Speaker: Daymond John

brought to you by:

Daymond official pic

The first ever male speaker for the Women’s Fund Power of the Purse Luncheon will be Mr. Daymond John, one of the judges on ABC’s Shark Tank, founder of FUBU (an international, multi-million dollar fashion company) and self-proclaimed “mama’s boy.”

Daymond was taught from a young age that a day job would never make him rich, but dedication to his own venture could. His mother taught him how to sew, mortgaged her home to raise $100,000 in funding and turned half of their house into a factory. Today Daymond is a business mogul with a multi-million dollar fashion brand, a TV show and a real-life success story. His new book, "The Power of Broke", sets out a blueprint for folks looking to put their God-given assets to work to build a business or a brand. Nobody knows better than Daymond that it doesn’t matter how you start out in life-the will to win resides in us all.

Visit daymondjohn.com to learn more about our keynote speaker!

The Women’s Fund will host Daymond John at the Power of the Purse Luncheon on May 19 from 12 to 1:15 p.m. at the Oshkosh Convention Center. Tickets are sold out, but if you’d like to be put on the waiting list, please call 920.426.3993.

*Past keynote speakers include Jennifer Siebel Newsom, Leigh Anne Tuohy and Erin Brockovich.
